Terms of Service
- Payments must be sent in FULL before the order will be started. Payments are final.
- Please note that orders will take 3-5 business days to complete from the time of payment being processed.
- You may not ask for a pet that looks like someone else's Draku - that is considered art theft.
- Some edits such as tail fluff, back fins, spikes, etc might be re-used as a stock edit. The reason for this is that the bases are so tiny that variation to such small details is next to impossible in some cases - there's only so many ways we can draw such a tiny detail, after all. For that reason, we do not consider the re-usage of such edits as theft of the originator's request.
- Please be aware that edits passing down from parents to offspring might be smaller, or appear differently, than they do on the parents. Tail fluff might appear as back or foot fluff, back spikes might appear as tail spikes, long fur might be shortened, etc.
Q+A
Q. I'm worried about sending money first. Can I see the complete pet first before sending payment?
A. I understand your concerns and I hear where you're coming from. However, understand that ultimately this is
a business transaction and I also can't do work that I may or may not be compensated for in the end.
If you're truly worried my suggestion is to request a Livestream date with me to ensure your pet is finished that day c:
Q. If I can't do a livestream event will you be able to send me WIPs (work in progress) pictures?
A. Yes, however keep in mind this is only for Full Customs. Semi-Customs, or CC (colorist choice) customs
do have a majority of the artistic freedom placed in my hands and therefore there will be no WIPs for those.
All Full Customs will have at least one WIP, and possibly more if there are edits involved.
I highly suggest that you be as detailed as possible, though, when providing info for any Full Customs,
this way I have a very strong basis to work off of and hopefully we don't need as many WIPs in the end!
Q. What exactly is a CC? What if I don't like the result?
A. A CC is a "Colorist Choice" pet, meaning that you give me little to no restrictions and I do pretty much what I want.
These differ from Semi-Customs in that you might only provide a color for me, or a vague idea, and I do whatever I wish.
With these what you get is what you get, so if you don't mind surprises this could be a good option for you!
However, there are no refunds for these - though you can always gift them to a friend.
Q. My friend and I are having trouble deciding which eggs to keep from a breeding....
A. My suggestion with breedings is to have a plan in place in case you both end up liking the same egg.
I would suggest a random number generator, to make things fair.
Because this is a RL breeding I can't really tell you how to handle this, so it's best to make plans ahead of time.
Q. What is "RL"?
A. RL stands for "real life" as in real cash transactions.
That being said, I only take payments via PayPal using USD.
If you reside in a country other than the U.S. I believe PayPal can convert the currency for you.
Q. What if I don't have PayPal? Is there another way for me to pay?
A. Unfortunately not. PayPal is the quickest and safest way, in my opinion, to do transactions of this sort.
Q. How do I send the payment via PayPal?
A. Once your order is confirmed and accepted I will email you back with the email to send the payment to
as well as instructions as to how to go about making said payment.
Essentially, you enter the total price quoted, and select "Friends and Family".
This option enables you to send a payment without a fee if the money is coming from your personal bank account.
Q. I love your style, but I want something not shown on this website. Is that possible?
A. Yes, possibly! I can offer unique art in a style similar to this (for example dogs, cats, lizards, etc).
I do have a few other more detailed styles but I don't have samples on this site.
Please contact me for details and more information if you're interested in alternate custom options!
Q. My question wasn't answered here.
A. No problem! You can always send me an email or a PM on gaia and I'll do my best to answer it for you! c:

Additional Information
Growing Custom
Choosing this option means that your semi or full custom will include an 'egg' stage of the Draku in question. You can ask to have both the adult and egg stage at the same time, or you can ask to have the egg 'grown' into its adult stage within 5 days. An egg that grows into its adult stage will appear to 'change' after a certain period of time using the original url link, much like how eggs hatch on other adoptable sites (dragon cave, for example).
Semi-Custom:
This is a custom where the buyer has a limited amount of input in the design of their adoptable.
You may choose to provide 3 colors and 1 marking type (ex. "red, black, grey and stripes").
Otherwise you may provide the link to an inspirational image but cannot include verbal direction as well.
Bear in mind that the placement of colors and markings is up to the artist.
If you want more control of your design please consider a Full Custom.
Full Custom:
If you want the most control over your design this is the way to go.
You can provide as many colors as you want and you may specify the markings and the placement of those markings.
However, bear in mind that the base for these adoptables is small and thus overly-detailed markings WILL be simplified.
You will always receive at least one WIP screenshot of your custom before it is completed if you purchase a Full Custom.
Breedings - Clutch Size
Clutches will be between 1 to 2 eggs per parent, meaning that if two Draku are involved they will have between 2 to 4. If three Draku are involved they will have between 3 to 6.
Additional eggs may be involved if you purchase a Fertility Herb.
The number is determined by a roll of a Random Number Generator on random.org and may be live-streamed at your request.
Bear in mind that if you request a livestream this may cause the work on your breeding to be delayed until the stream can be arranged, and thus your wait time will increase as a result.
Livestreams of the actual art process for breedings will not be conducted.
Breedings - Edits
Edits are always guaranteed to pass down to at LEAST one offspring, though which egg has the goodies is always a surprise.
There is a 25% chance that additional eggs may also receive edits.
Bear in mind that some edits will change when passed down to offspring and may not always be as elaborate.
